Pioneering a new approach to design and craftsmanship, Czapek & Cie is dedicated to opening haute horology to a wider community.


We are looking for a digital native who is passionate about immersing themselves in the world of haute horlogerie. If you are enthusiastic about watches and eager to contribute to our brand's success via your skills in the digital environment, then we want to hear from you.


Audiovisual Content Management:

  • Coordinating various content creation projects, including organizing photo/video shoots in collaboration with our Head of Communications

  • Managing assets in shared folders and ensuring their proper utilization across all channels

  • Ability to adapt formats according to stakeholders’ and media requests, including video, photo, and other content formats.

Social Media Management:

  • Collaborating with Social Media Manager and Head of Communications for the definition of the editorial calendar, proactively suggesting thematic content.

  • Managing our social media channels (mainly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube), ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging, while respecting the brand’s tone of voice.

  • Responding to the audiences’ comments and messages on a daily basis.

  • Overseeing paid digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with our external agency.

  • Monitoring performance metrics on social media platforms and providing valuable insights.

Website Updating and Content Coordination:

  • Managing website in collaboration with our Sales Manager, ensuring it is up-to-date and engaging.

  • Monthly newsletter sending in collaboration with our Sales and Communications.

  • Monitoring performance metrics on Google Analytics and reporting performance data for analysis and improvement.


  • Marketing-related degree, previous internship experience in a relevant role is preferred.

  • Fluent in both English & French (written and spoken); any other languages is a plus.

  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical abilities.

  • Interest in mechanical watches is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Proactive, creative thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

  • Travelling to the atelier La Chaux-de-Fonds on a regular basis is required.

  • Internship agreement is mandatory.
